This technique will enable you to influence other people to happily cooperate with you. However, you should pay heed to the word, happily. This technique must never be used to try and control other people or to extract any kind of value from them against their will.
Begin by determining exactly what you want and from whom, and then ensure that this person will not suffer in any way if and when they choose to give you what you desire. For example, an individual who has several copies of one particular book which you desire is not likely to suffer if he chooses to sell one of them to you. However, if he has only one copy, and this is his prized possession then he would suffer emotionally, and you should therefore avoid pursuing this technique any further as far as that individual is concerned.
Having established what you want, from whom and also that this person will not suffer by helping you get what you want, you are ready to proceed with the actual technique.
The technique is simple. For seven nights, every time you go to bed, close your eyes and imagine, in as much detail as possible, the individual you have identified happily giving you what you want. When you have done this for a few minutes, chant the following phrase seven times: ‘As I see it, so it will come to pass.’
When you have done this for seven nights, the next step is, for seven days, to mention your desire in passing to the person in question. Do not mention your desire blatantly. Be as subtle as you can be. Bring the subject of your desire into general conversation. There is no need to dwell on the topic. Only to mention it.
Having done this for seven days, the final step is to approach the person in question and ask politely for what you want. If you identified the right person for this technique, and that person will not suffer by providing what you have asked for, he is very likely to say yes and quite happily give you what you want.
In many cases, this final step is not necessary. Often you will be provided with what you want within the first fourteen days of applying this technique – either during the week when you are carrying out the nightly exercise or during the week when you are carrying out the daily exercise. Of course, if this doesn’t happen then it will be necessary to specifically ask for what you want on the fifteenth day.
Working with thought forms is not something that many people write about, because the art is one that has been a closely guarded secret for centuries. However, a couple of rather unique instructional titles that I have been studying for a while (The Miracle Secret and The Aladdin Secret) have brought me some remarkable results, so it makes sense for me to share a little of the subject here.
A thought form is a type of thought which, through sustained focus, gathers enough energy to translate into material reality. For example, I could create the thought form of having a certain amount of money in my life and, by following the instructions given in The Miracle Secret (which is actually a free bonus for students of The Aladdin Secret), that money would eventually come into my life. I say eventually because the speed at which a thought form manifests varies, depending on how large the goal is.
As I mentioned a moment ago, The Miracle Secret is a free bonus book. The main title that qualified me for that bonus was The Aladdin Secret, and this takes the subject of thought forms one step further by providing instructions for creating a Tulpa.
A Tulpa is defined as ‘a humanoid thought form’ and the author of The Aladdin Secret likens it to a personal genie that you create using thought energy. Once created, the Tulpa can be put to practical use to help you in all sorts of ways. I have only just started experimenting with my own Tulpa, but so far she has found me plenty of parking spaces in busy shopping districts and has even helped me to solve a particularly nagging problem that had been bothering me for some time.
Many people look shocked when they first come across the idea of a person creating a Tulpa, but the concept of using thought to create an energy-being that can help its creator has been around for thousands of years. They are known in various traditions by many names (including servitors and egrigores) and I can vouch for the fact that they are just as useful today!
If you are someone who is serious about wanting to create good things in your life and you would like to explore the hands-on use of thought forms and Tulpas then I highly recommend The Aladdin Secret package. It really is one of the most powerful methods of directly working with thought energy that I have ever encountered, and I have encountered plenty!
Whereas the Uni-Pulse technique takes a physically passive (albeit spiritually proactive) approach to creation, the Kinetic Dominance technique is one which utilises primarily masculine energy. It involves emotion in motion and confidence in action. It takes the ‘rocket-fuel’ created by the consistent use of the Uni-Pulse technique (see Thoughts are Things Part 2) and uses it to launch you towards your vision at a tremendous rate.
The Kinetic Dominance technique does not involve sitting or meditating. In fact, the process itself is largely invisible. As a Zen teacher might say, it is ‘a technique with no technique’. This might sound rather strange right now, but read on and all will soon become a lot clearer.
Imagine how you would feel if you received a phone call from a distant relative who you were close to as a child but haven’t seen since. The relative tells you that they have recently won the lottery during a rollover week and have suddenly got fifty million dollars at their disposal. The relative explains that they are getting along in life and have few material needs, so they will be giving away 80% of their winnings. They intend to give ten million dollars to some of their favourite charities, and they are also giving large cash gifts to their friends and loved ones. They are calling you to tell you that they have wired the sum of one million dollars into your bank account, and you should be able to access the funds in three working days. They also want you to know that you are free to spend the money as and when you please. There are no strings attached to the gift, and you can therefore be as sensible or frivolous with the money as you wish.
Now, after going through the obvious things such as thanking your relative and allowing the news to sink into your consciousness, you start going about your daily business. But your experience of life suddenly seems to have changed…
- When your superior at work unfairly tries to blame you for something that you know they were responsible for, you find yourself feeling more confident than you have in years. Instead of simply accepting the blame for fear of losing your job if you did otherwise, you raise yourself to your full height and politely but firmly demand that they tell the truth. Your superior is shocked at this, and immediately cowers down, apologising profusely. They then spend the rest of the day going out of their way to make you feel respected and valued.
- When you get caught in traffic on the way home from work, you would ordinarily feel annoyed and frustrated. But today, you’re actually smiling, because you know that life is basically good and that you have a great deal to look forward to. The traffic jam actually helps you to pause and appreciate this.
- In the evening, you would normally sit and watch television, read a novel or listen to some music on the radio. But this evening you seem to have three times the amount of physical energy you normally do, and so you decide to use it productively by exercising or cleaning your home.
Why have all of these things happened? It is not because you are a millionaire, because the money from your relative won’t arrive in your bank account for another three days. So the reason for this remarkable change in your experience is simply the promise of becoming a millionaire. By focusing your mind on a vision of the future which is at least financially empowered, you automatically begin to act in a more empowered and confident way in the present – and this makes you more effective immediately. Although the money itself is in the future, your empowered attitude, and the benefits that this brings, is accessible right now.
And this brings us nicely back to the present moment. The Uni-Pulse technique enables you to start each day with your vision for the future. This future is one that you yourself created, and it is therefore one that you will find exciting, positive and fulfilling. Although these benefits are still in the future, the Kinetic Dominance technique will enable you to use the associated empowered attitude – and the benefits that such an attitude brings – into your present day to day life.
So, what exactly is the Kinetic Dominance technique? Simply this:
As soon as you complete the Uni-Pulse technique, rise to your feet and live the day with full confidence that your vision is certain to come to pass!
When you live your day with this attitude, things happen quickly. Your confidence increases. Your happiness increases. Your resilience increases. You become more patient. You have more mental and physical energy. You become less stressed. Worries and concerns that you had yesterday disappear like shadows in the sunlight.
As you live your day from this more empowered perspective, the universe itself begins to adjust to your new demands. In essence, life gives you what you expect of it. Yesterday your expectations were low, and so the universe was careful to avoid giving you more than it knew you could handle. But today your expectations are high, and the universe is free to shower you with all kinds of positive experiences, because you have effectively given it permission to do exactly that.
And so you should now understand why the Kinetic Dominance technique is ‘a technique with no technique’. It is not about sitting and meditating, or about following certain steps in a certain way, but about infusing the whole of your being with the certainty that your future vision is already an established fact, and then living today with that feeling of raw optimism and confidence in full flow.
Remember, the instructions for the Kinetic Dominance technique are simply this:
As soon as you complete the Uni-Pulse technique, rise to your feet and live the day with full confidence that your vision is certain to come to pass!
Do this all day, every day, for as long as you use the Uni-Pulse technique, and within ten days you will begin to notice some remarkable changes in your life. After a month these changes will be even more apparent – ‘Positive coincidences’ will be happening regularly; doors of opportunity will be opening; and you may even find that you start dreaming of your future vision during yours sleeping hours.
All of this is positive and powerful. And yet we have still only scratched the surface of what you are capable of. For more advanced techniques that are beyond the scope of Create Good Things I strongly recommend that you obtain and study The Art & Science of Magickal Creation and The Aladdin Secret. And in the meantime, be sure to live with positive certainty!
The Uni-Pulse technique is one that should be used in solitude at the beginning of each day. Traditionally, exercises such as this one are practised as early as dawn, because it is believed by some that the atmosphere at this time allows the spiritual (or, as we saw in Thoughts Are Attractive, electromagnetic) energy of thought to travel with fewer interruptions from other human beings. Others believe that the early morning hours are more conducive to peace and tranquillity, and are therefore more suitable for quiet, meditative work than the busier later hours.
If you are someone who likes to wake early and greet the day as the sun is rising then please feel free to use this process at dawn whenever the inclination takes you. Otherwise, simply aim to use the process before you set about the business of the day. The quieter it is when this process is used, the more effective you will find it.
The aim of the Uni-Pulse process is to ‘pulse’ an electromagnetic blueprint of your vision out into the universe at large. Some metaphysicians prefer to think in terms of a radio-energy metaphor and refer to this as ‘broadcasting’ a desire, but the overall purpose is the same – to provide a clear and specific ‘request’ to the universe and thereby initiate deliberate creation by thought.
This whole process takes fifteen minutes per sitting, and consists of four key steps:
• Grounding
• Emoting
• Pulsing
• Consolidating
I will now define and describe each step so that you can begin using this technique on a daily basis, starting tomorrow:
Step 1 – Grounding
This process should be done in a place where you can be alone at an early hour, before the rush of the day begins. First, do whatever is necessary for you to feel comfortable before commencing. For example, you may wish to shower, dress and eat a modest breakfast so that you can concentrate your mind on the task at hand without being distracted by physical needs. When you are ready to begin, sit and relax. Feel a sense of poise and calm. Breath smoothly and evenly, and bring to mind the thought that you are a creative being.
Dwell on the notion that you can, by thinking in a certain way, bring about an infinite number of changes in your life and experience. Remind yourself that this is just as natural as learning to walk or talk, so you are not attempting to do anything that you were not intended to do. Rather, by learning to use your thoughts in a deliberately creative way, you are beginning to live in a manner which brings you into closer alignment with the natural laws of the universe. Appreciate this gift that you and all individuals have for a few minutes, then move on to Step 2.
Step 2 – Emoting
Bring to mind the vision that you created when working through the Creative Visualization series. As you do so, allow yourself to develop the emotions that you would have if your vision were already a reality. Feel the way you would feel if your personal life was exactly the way you wanted it; if your professional life was exactly the way you wanted it; and if your emotional and spiritual life was exactly the way you wanted it. Remind yourself that thoughts are creative, and that you can have any future you choose if you use your thoughts creatively. So choose this future by enjoying the emotions associated with already having it. Spend a few minutes making these emotional feelings of ‘having’ as strong as you can, then maintain them as you move on to Step 3.
Step 3 – Pulsing
Your aim in this section of the process is to share your emotional feelings with the universe. Pay attention to your breathing, and with every out-breath, imagine that you are sending out these pleasant feelings in all directions, as if you are ‘pulsing’ information out into the atmosphere. This is the key to the whole process, so keep doing this for at least five minutes, pulsing your positive emotions of ‘having’ your vision out into the universe in all directions. As you do this, smile and enjoy the process. Not only can you enjoy the emotions of having your vision in the moment, but by doing so you can ensure that you will have them again – in an even more tangible way – in the future.
Step 4 – Consolidating
Having spent at least five minutes pulsing out your creative thought energy in all directions, start to bring your attention back to your breathing. Relax in the knowledge that the energy you have just pulsed out into the universe will continue travelling even when you aren’t consciously focusing on it. This means that you can bring your attention back to the business of the day at hand without in any way compromising the creation of your vision for the future.
Take two or three minutes to bring your awareness back to the present moment and your immediate environment by focusing on each in-breath and each out-breath. Become conscious of the way your physical body moves as it breathes.
Finally, take a few moments to pause and appreciate the life that you already have. Life itself is a precious gift, and there are many things in our lives that we often take for granted or even fail to recognise at all. Bringing all the good things that you have in your life to the forefront of your consciousness is an excellent way to begin the day and to ensure that the positive emotional state developed during the Uni-Pulse exercise continues throughout the day.
When you have gone through all of these steps, the Uni-Pulse exercise is complete and you may go about the rest of your day as you please.
The Uni-Pulse process utilises a primarily feminine energy, and should be used every day until the vision you created for yourself in the Creative Visualization series is a reality. It should also be used in conjunction with the Kinetic Dominance technique which I will discuss in my next post.
If you have worked through my series on Creative Visualization then you will have spent a good amount of time creating a vision for your future. In this follow-on series you will learn how to begin claiming that vision using two independent yet holistically associated techniques: the Uni-Pulse technique and the Kinetic Dominance technique. Both have long histories and can be found in various forms in a range of different belief systems. We will discuss each of these processes in detail in due course, but first we ought to talk a little about the idea of us deliberately ‘claiming’ our vision, as opposed to just waiting for it to manifest itself.
There is a common emphasis in modern society on spirituality as a primarily feminine energy. We are talking here in terms of Yin and Yang, and of feminine energy being passive, docile and receptive. Whilst these qualities are important, today’s exaggerated emphasis on the feminine, with little or no mention of the more aggressive, dominant and proactive masculine energy, has led to an equally common belief that all we can do is sit and think positively and wait for things to come to us. Whilst good things can and will come to us if we think positively on a consistent basis, sitting and waiting is not the most effective way to experience change in our lives.
Lots of people like to cite Jesus as being the ultimate historical example of spiritual empowerment, and they often refer to him in feminine terms – describing him as being meek, mild and submissive to God. Well, maybe he was all of these things at times, but when it came to working miracles, he invariably called masculine energy into play. According to the ancient Christian texts, when the local fishermen couldn’t catch anything, he didn’t pray and wait for the fish to swim ashore to him. Instead he spoke a word of faith, stood up, climbed on the boat and insisted that the fishermen try again. In other words, he took action and claimed his miracle.
The same happened with the feeding of the five thousand, the turning of water into wine and many of the other miracles which Jesus is said to have done. He rarely prayed for something and then sat back to wait for the universe to grant his desire, but he brought the masculine side of spirituality into play by taking action in accordance with his expectation of positive results. If we look at the miracle workers and manifestors in other traditions, the same key idea of using the proactive, dominating masculine energy is also very apparent in their demonstrations.
I believe that this is why many people today aren’t using the creative power of their thoughts to the fullest extent of their capabilities. Not because they are somehow lacking in ability (all of us have incredible levels of creative power that can be utilised) but because they are being taught to emphasise feminine energy to the detriment of the masculine.
The best way to create what you want in life is to take both feminine and masculine approaches simultaneously so that a perfect balance of yin and yang is achieved. This is what the miracle workers of the past did by combining inner work with outer work. They meditated and then acted. They prayed and then went out to make it happen.
Whilst feminine and masculine energy can both be powerful when used separately and individually, using both energies in unison magnifies the power of each, yielding a collective effect which is many times the arithmetical sum of the two.
The two techniques which I will give in my next two Thoughts are Things posts are designed to be used in unison so that this magnified effect is demonstrated in your life. The Uni-Pulse technique is one which primarily utilises the feminine energy, and the Kinetic Dominance technique primarily utilises the masculine energy. Each process is effective alone, but when used together the results are something that have to be experienced to be believed.
