Meet Your Astral Lover

Would you like to meet your astral lover? An Astral Lover is a being who is summoned (some would say created) on the astral plane solely for the purpose of providing companionship, romance and, if you desire, experiences of a sexual nature.

The technique that will enable you to meet your astral lover and spend time interacting with him or her is as follows:

Begin by preparing yourself physically for your meeting by doing whatever seems appropriate to get yourself in a romantic state of mind. Bathe, wear perfume (or cologne) and dress in whatever makes you feel most comfortable. You should also make the room itself more conducive to romance by dimming the lights and playing gentle music quietly in the background.

When you have done all these physical preparations, sit in a comfortable chair or recline on a couch and close your eyes. Create in your mind an ideal romantic setting. For some this might be a high class restaurant. For others it might be a large suite in a luxurious hotel. Whatever setting you choose, spend some time using your creative visualization skills to imagine it in as much detail as possible, paying equal attention to sights, sounds, aromas, textures and so on.

Now mentally invite your astral lover to come and visit you. Almost immediately someone will arrive. Look at this person, at their hair, eyes, physical body and so on, and you will find that your astral lover is immensely pleasing to you. Then introduce yourself to your astral lover and spend a while getting to know each other.

From here, you should enjoy time with your lover as you see fit. Enjoy a meal, go for a walk, sit and talk over a bottle of wine or engage in whatever other activity you would like to experience. As an adult, you are quite able to decide the kind of relationship you want to establish with your astral lover, so be true to yourself and remember that this technique is for your own personal joy and benefit.

When you wish to bring the exercise to a conclusion, kiss your lover goodbye and leave the setting that you have created. Then focus your attention on your physical body in its current physical location.

Many people feel awkward when using this technique for the first time, but soon the relationship which a person builds with their astral lover becomes almost as meaningful as any they might enjoy with a physical being. Often, the bonds between the individual and the astral lover become so strong that the lover will visit them in their dreams without invitation. When this happens the relationship progresses to an even deeper and more meaningful level.

Develop Incredible Charisma

Some people in life seem to have incredible charisma. These people are confident, charming, witty and amazingly popular with almost everyone they meet. But charisma isn’t something that some individuals are born with and others aren’t. It is simply the ability to charge the aura of etheric matter that we all have with intensely positive energy. Anyone can learn to do this deliberately. Indeed, people have done so for centuries.

The technique for developing incredible charisma is easy to learn, but extremely powerful. It involves getting yourself into what is known as a ‘peak state’ of emotional and physical intensity. Once established, the positive energy created by this peak state will charge your aura and automatically make you more charismatic for the rest of the day.

To get the most out of this technique (which is, by the way, based on the profound knowledge of the shamans) you should practice it every day without fail. By doing this, your aura will maintain a strong charge of positive energy which radiates charisma day after day.

The very first time you use this technique, you may feel a little self-conscious. This is normal. Within a few days you will notice people responding to you differently, more positively, and this in itself will naturally make you want to use the technique again and again. Before long you will be an awesomely charismatic individual and enjoy immense popularity. At this stage all feelings of self-consciousness will have vanished automatically. The technique for developing incredible charisma is as follows:

Each morning, go to a place where you can enjoy total privacy. Now imagine hearing a regular drumbeat which has a moderate pace. As you listen to this drumbeat in your imagination, begin to dance along to it. Do not worry about how you might look – no-one can see you. Just focus on dancing to the rhythm of the drumbeat within.

Now gradually increase the tempo of the drumbeat you hear, and as you do so, ensure that your dancing pace also increases accordingly. Allow the drumbeat to grow faster and faster, until you begin to feel a noticeable increase in your physical energy.

If you do this correctly, you will notice that your heart rate speeds up and your breathing becomes more intense. At this stage, whilst still dancing, use your creative visualization skills to imagine going through your day as an incredibly charismatic individual. In your mind, see people smiling at you, wanting to be around you – maybe even flirting with you if that is what you want. As you do this, hear the drumbeat grow louder and louder. Right now you should feel the energy coursing through your head and through the rest of your body even more intensely. Enjoy this feeling of energy and vitality. This is the real you. The charismatic you.

When your energy level has increased as much as you think it can, stop the internal drumbeat and stand still for a few seconds. Take a few deep breaths and then continue with the rest of your day. You will now radiate charisma automatically throughout the day, and if you ever feel your charisma weakening, simply hear the drumbeats in your mind to recharge your aura.

Thoughts are Things Part 2

The Uni-Pulse technique is one that should be used in solitude at the beginning of each day. Traditionally, exercises such as this one are practised as early as dawn, because it is believed by some that the atmosphere at this time allows the spiritual (or, as we saw in Thoughts Are Attractive, electromagnetic) energy of thought to travel with fewer interruptions from other human beings. Others believe that the early morning hours are more conducive to peace and tranquillity, and are therefore more suitable for quiet, meditative work than the busier later hours.

If you are someone who likes to wake early and greet the day as the sun is rising then please feel free to use this process at dawn whenever the inclination takes you. Otherwise, simply aim to use the process before you set about the business of the day. The quieter it is when this process is used, the more effective you will find it.

The aim of the Uni-Pulse process is to ‘pulse’ an electromagnetic blueprint of your vision out into the universe at large. Some metaphysicians prefer to think in terms of a radio-energy metaphor and refer to this as ‘broadcasting’ a desire, but the overall purpose is the same – to provide a clear and specific ‘request’ to the universe and thereby initiate deliberate creation by thought.

This whole process takes fifteen minutes per sitting, and consists of four key steps:

•    Grounding
•    Emoting
•    Pulsing
•    Consolidating

I will now define and describe each step so that you can begin using this technique on a daily basis, starting tomorrow:

Step 1 – Grounding
This process should be done in a place where you can be alone at an early hour, before the rush of the day begins. First, do whatever is necessary for you to feel comfortable before commencing. For example, you may wish to shower, dress and eat a modest breakfast so that you can concentrate your mind on the task at hand without being distracted by physical needs. When you are ready to begin, sit and relax. Feel a sense of poise and calm. Breath smoothly and evenly, and bring to mind the thought that you are a creative being.

Dwell on the notion that you can, by thinking in a certain way, bring about an infinite number of changes in your life and experience. Remind yourself that this is just as natural as learning to walk or talk, so you are not attempting to do anything that you were not intended to do. Rather, by learning to use your thoughts in a deliberately creative way, you are beginning to live in a manner which brings you into closer alignment with the natural laws of the universe.  Appreciate this gift that you and all individuals have for a few minutes, then move on to Step 2.

Step 2 – Emoting
Bring to mind the vision that you created when working through the Creative Visualization series. As you do so, allow yourself to develop the emotions that you would have if your vision were already a reality. Feel the way you would feel if your personal life was exactly the way you wanted it; if your professional life was exactly the way you wanted it; and if your emotional and spiritual life was exactly the way you wanted it. Remind yourself that thoughts are creative, and that you can have any future you choose if you use your thoughts creatively. So choose this future by enjoying the emotions associated with already having it. Spend a few minutes making these emotional feelings of ‘having’ as strong as you can, then maintain them as you move on to Step 3.

Step 3 – Pulsing
Your aim in this section of the process is to share your emotional feelings with the universe. Pay attention to your breathing, and with every out-breath, imagine that you are sending out these pleasant feelings in all directions, as if you are ‘pulsing’ information out into the atmosphere. This is the key to the whole process, so keep doing this for at least five minutes, pulsing your positive emotions of ‘having’ your vision out into the universe in all directions. As you do this, smile and enjoy the process. Not only can you enjoy the emotions of having your vision in the moment, but by doing so you can ensure that you will have them again – in an even more tangible way – in the future.

Step 4 – Consolidating
Having spent at least five minutes pulsing out your creative thought energy in all directions, start to bring your attention back to your breathing. Relax in the knowledge that the energy you have just pulsed out into the universe will continue travelling even when you aren’t consciously focusing on it. This means that you can bring your attention back to the business of the day at hand without in any way compromising the creation of your vision for the future.

Take two or three minutes to bring your awareness back to the present moment and your immediate environment by focusing on each in-breath and each out-breath. Become conscious of the way your physical body moves as it breathes.

Finally, take a few moments to pause and appreciate the life that you already have. Life itself is a precious gift, and there are many things in our lives that we often take for granted or even fail to recognise at all. Bringing all the good things that you have in your life to the forefront of your consciousness is an excellent way to begin the day and to ensure that the positive emotional state developed during the Uni-Pulse exercise continues throughout the day.

When you have gone through all of these steps, the Uni-Pulse exercise is complete and you may go about the rest of your day as you please.

The Uni-Pulse process utilises a primarily feminine energy, and should be used every day until the vision you created for yourself in the Creative Visualization series is a reality. It should also be used in conjunction with the Kinetic Dominance technique which I will discuss in my next post.

Creative Visualization Part 4

In my earlier Creative Visualization posts I described how you should go about creating a positive and inspiring blueprint for your future. Getting your vision to ‘take root’ in your subconscious mind and start attracting the corresponding conditions into your life involves one final step. However, unlike the previous steps, this one should be repeated daily.

Step 4 – Hypnagogic Focusing

As the human body falls asleep, the brain first goes through something called the hypnagogic state. This is a state of awareness which lies between waking and sleeping, and it is during this particular state that the subconscious mind is most impressionable. By regularly focusing on the vision you have created during the hypnagogic state, your subconscious mind will begin adapting to the idea of experiencing this fundamentally positive future. The nature of your day to day thoughts will change – albeit gradually at first – and as a consequence so will the conditions that are attracted into your life.

Of course, such hypnagogic focusing is not the only technique that you can use to harness the power of the Law of Attraction and create good things in your life, but it is extremely effective and can be used in conjunction with most other methods as you see fit.

That said, every night for the next month or so, as you close your eyes to sleep, bring the vision you have created to the forefront of your mind. Don’t force yourself to concentrate or remember every detail, but just enjoy imagining the kind of life you have defined. Allow yourself to fall asleep with this positive scenario in your consciousness, and as you do so, know that you have already begun making it a reality in your life.

Creative Visualization Notes

There are a few other optional ideas you can employ to support the main Creative Visualization process that I have outlined in this short series. If any of them appeal to you, feel free to use them:

- Using full-colour pictures from magazines, catalogues or other sources, create a collage which represents your vision in a graphic way. Simply choose one or two images for each of your fifteen goals and mount them all onto one large notice board or piece of card. Then hang this collage in a place where you will see it on a regular basis, such as in your office or bedroom. A modern alternative is to employ computer software designed specifically for such a purpose, such as Mind Movies, which I personally find to be extremely effective.

- Whenever you think about the future, deliberately think about the new vision of the future that you have created, rather than simply projecting your past experiences.

- If thinking about this positive future feels unrealistic or overly optimistic, remind yourself that this is only because of your past conditioning. The chances are that other people are looking forward to futures that are even more ambitious, so don’t hold yourself back with false limitations. The fact is that we are only ever limited in life by the size of the vision that we hold as our aim, so dream big and aim high!
